Banning some women from crossing the border, 1895
Regarding prostitute women who initially lived in a village near Sanandaj but were expelled by the order of the author. The women later resided near Karand and Zahhab and then crossed the border of Kirmanshahan to Iraq. The author orders that they should be returned, and forced to repent with the help of members of the ‘ulama’, and bans their exit.

Jewish woman's conversion to Islam, 1901
Includes three telegrams by Muhsin from Savujbulagh regarding a Jewish woman who fled and converted to Islam with the help of a Kurdish Muslim; her husband declared his conversion by shaving his head and beard in order to take his wife back; later, he denied the conversion and announced that he was coerced to convert. Some of the ‘ulama accused him of blasphemy and ordered his killing. Thus, people have gathered to witness the execution and are causing turmoil. The writer has arrested the man to protect him from execution and asks for guidance on how to settle the matter.

Letter from Khan Baba Na’ib Ajudan
The author writes about a quarrel he had with Khanlar Khan over property in Asadabad. The fight continues, even after the death of Khanlar Khan, with his inheritors, including Hasan Khan and Taji Khanum. The writer refers to rulings which were in his favor, but were never executed.

Letter from Muhammad Riza Ashtiyani Banan al-Dawlah
A letter of request from Muhammad Riza Ashtiyani Banan al-Dawlah to an unidentified person regarding a document handwritten by Nasir al-Din Shah about the enforcement of his royal command for the payment of a stipend to the late Nur Muhammad Khan's children. The letter mentions that after the murder of Nasir al-Din Shah, the author sent a letter to Muzaffar al-Din Shah, but never received a reply, which caused them great concern. The writer also indicates that Anis al-Dawlah and Mirza Hamd Allah Khan have recommended the payment of this salary but their recommendations have not proven useful.

Letter, with ‘Abd al-Husayn's seal on verso, about the turmoil caused by the Quchkanlus, the writer's busy life, the addressees' telegram, Mushir Lashkar's order, and sending the military decree from Tabriz; the writer then asks about the family's well-being and asks for a few bottles of vinegar for making sikanjabin [a kind of syrup].

Letter of Mahdi Ibn ‘Abd al-‘Ali
Letter by Mahdi Ibn ‘Abd al-‘Ali [probably Muntasir Lashkar] in two parts, announcing that all the legal and military titles and positions belonging to the deceased ‘Amid Lashkar have been granted to his son, Mirza Abu Turab Khan, and the writer has been granted the title and position of Sar Rishtah Dar [the pay master]. The second part of the letter is addressed to the writer's sister, expressing sorrow and condolensces about 'Amid Lashkar's death.
